NGO Toolkit Lab exists because grant writing is important work — and the tooling around it has been stuck in 2005.
How it started
After years working on the ground in sustainable development and regenerative agriculture, I kept seeing the same problem: excellent projects struggling to access funding — not because the work wasn't worthy, but because translating field knowledge into grant language is a specialist skill most organisations can't afford.
NGO Toolkit Lab is my attempt to close that gap. To help move more funding toward the regenerative, people-centred futures that communities are already building.
The tools exist because good work deserves funding — and the paperwork shouldn't be the reason it doesn't get it.
