What does free actually mean?
Two complete tool runs — one project each. Your first run starts immediately on whichever tool you choose: full wizard, full output, Word and Excel export. No card, no waiting. When you verify your email, a welcome code arrives for one more free run on any other tool.
What happens after my two free runs?
You can pay per project at $9.99 per tool session — no subscription needed. Or subscribe to Solo or Team for unlimited access. The choice appears automatically when your free runs are used up.
What is a "run"?
A run is starting a brand new project from scratch with any tool. Improving, re-evaluating, and re-exporting the same project are unlimited and do not count as a new run.
Can I come back and improve a project I paid for?
Yes — always. Once a project is saved to your account, you can return to it, improve sections, re-evaluate, and re-export at any time. This never uses up a run.
How does the Team plan work?
The plan owner subscribes and invites team members by email. Everyone on the team gets full access to all tools with unlimited projects. Team members can see each other's projects in a shared library. Add or remove members any time from your account settings.
What if we need more than 5 members?
You can add additional members from your account settings. You can also contact us at [email protected] for larger teams.
What is the founding member price?
Solo and Team plans are currently at their founding price — the lowest they will ever be. When we launch the M&E Framework Builder and Budget Narrative Generator, prices increase for new subscribers. If you subscribe now, your price is locked for as long as you remain subscribed. You get more tools at the same price.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade from Solo to Team, your founding price is preserved on the new plan. Your existing projects always stay in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and most major payment methods. VAT is handled automatically at checkout depending on your location.
